Questions: Is there different or more friendly html / xhtml editors with my eclipse for users to use. Is their a way to have the editor use the xhtml standards or templates or editors. My issue is I have some staff new to html development and need to have them use a real friendly editor. Similar to the homesite type editor functionality?

You can try WTP, MyEclipse, Exadel or NitroX (now BEA).
