Just downloaded E-3.0-RC1 and ME-3.8-beta1 for linux/gtk2, everything appears to be running ok, but for the life of me I cannot figure out where the HTML wysiwyg editor is or how to get the ME HTML editor to show me the preview/design tabs, etc. Am I missing something? Nothing in the error logs that points directly at any issues. I do not see any preference pages related to this, nor any special views, etc.

Jeff,
You aren’t missing anything. The designer is Win32 only right now and the HTML preview will be in Beta 2.

D’oh! I hate when I miss those glaringly obvious release notes notes….”for WIN32″. Oh well. Thanx for the update.
