In testing out the 2.8B1 release, I discovered the following scenario will crash Eclipse:

Create a new html file using the form template, go to WYSIWYG editor for the new file. Right click anywhere in table to attempt to bring up cell property editor (for ex, on border on cell containing the Login label). Eclispe will crash.

    Environment: Eclipse 2.1.3, ME 2.8B1
    Java: build 1.4.2_04-b05
    OS: W2K

Thank you for such a detailed report, I’ll kick it back to the devs and see what we find.

    billwoodward,

We have not been able to replicate your problem on a win2k test machine. Could you give us some more info on your environment so we can help solve your problem. You can give us the info in the posting guidelines (you can do this by pressing “Insert” button on the post form). as a start. ALso, if you could provide your office version and your IE version including any service packs. If you do have office installed, what was your response to the MS Installer program running? Did you let it install the optional component or did you can cancel it.
