Can you please give us some more details to help investigate further ?
1. Please share the Installation Details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details.
2. How did you install MyEclipse 10.7.1 ? Is it using All-In-One Installer/Pulse ?
3. Did you install any third party plugins?
4. Can you please try switching to a fresh workspace and see if the issue persists ?
5. Please check if the MD5 sum of the downloaded installer matches with that mentioned on the download site : https://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend_Us&req=Download10_7_1&version=ME . If there is mismatch, please try downloading the installer once again.
6. If it matches, please try rerunning the installer. You will see options to Repair or Install Another (installs a fresh copy to a new location). Choose any one to fix the installation.
