Wayne followed up with you in ticket system:
Native app creation (ipa and apk files) is possible with the trail and purchased versions of MobiOne. To see the app build process from the Design Center select Project menu > Build iOS Application. You can build android applications as well. This short video demonstrates creation of an iOS application (ipa file):
