Hello
I would like to install the ICEFaces 2 eclipse plugin to myEclipse Blue 9. The plugin is downloaded from the ICEFaces website but I cannot find a way to install a local plugin via the configuration manager. The plugin does not appear on any of the sites available on the configuration manager so I am a bit stuck. Could you please help?

Here are the steps to add a plugin which is downloaded as a Zip file in your system :

1. Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center
2. Go to Software tab, click on [add site]
3. This will open a window, click on add from archived site, choose the downloaded .zip folder
4. Expand the ICEFaces plugin till the child node under Personal Sites, right click on the child node and click on [add to profile]
5. Click on [Apply 4 changes] button under Pending Changes section
6. Accept Software License
7. Follow the wizard and when prompted, choose to restart the IDE
8. To verify that the plugin is added, from menu options click on Help > About MyEclipse Blue Edition > Installation Details > Plugins and verify the plugin.

i have the same problem when i maked all steps but i had this:
for :
ICEfaces page Desingner Support for Eclipse v3.6 (Helios)
ICEfaces 2.0 Librairies
is well installed but i had an error with those :
ICEfaces Plugin Library Provider for Eclipse v3.6 (Helios) – CORE
ICEfaces tools for Eclipse v3.6 (Helios)

the two are not installed i have this error in picture Pulse Error:

Hi Swapna

Sorry for the delay in replying. I cannot install teh plugin because when I add the site and subsequently expand the plugin I get “no repository found”. Any ideas?
