Max87MemberHi guys,
I have a small problem. For my app I created icons – 57, 114, 512px. Later, I decided that main icon for iPhone(57px) needs to recreate, so I did it and upload it to mobione. But when I tried to compile my app, my old icon was placed to springboard. I tried to rename my new icon, without success. So I tried to load default mobione icons for once and after that replace it with my new icon – mobione icon is still on my SB even if I have my new icon set in Build iOS app settings.
Can you please help me with this issue?
Thanks
Max87MemberI found, that my icons are not uploading to Mobione/Genuitec server, so every time I want to build app, place for icons are empty(even if I select it before). Guys can you help me please? Any way to reset M1 config?
support-michaelKeymasterLet me confirm that you are building a native iOS app, not a webapp saved to homescreen, right?
I just successfully ran through our native iOS app icon and startup image tests:
1) custom icon/startup images
2) replace custom icon/startup images
3) remove custom icon/startup image returns to default icon/startup imagesQuestions:
0) when you run the ios app build wizard is the images page prepopulated with the image paths provided in an earlier build? From your description is sounds like no. Please confirm.1) For #2 did you use an new image name or did you modify the original image with the same filename?
2) Also can you provide a build-id?
3) can you provide an example file path you are using for the 57×57 icon? I’m curious if there might be something with paths.
Max87MemberHi Wayne,
to answer your questions:
I’m developing native iOS app.0) when you run the ios app build wizard is the images page prepopulated with the image paths provided in an earlier build? From your description is sounds like no. Please confirm.
No, images page is not prepopulated with images loaded by previous run.
1) For #2 did you use an new image name or did you modify the original image with the same filename?
I tried to overwrite original image, no success. I tried to load it as a new image with new name, no success either. I tried to erase all images for one build and load it from scratch for next one – since then, default Mobione images are loading no matter what.
3) can you provide an example file path you are using for the 57×57 icon? I’m curious if there might be something with paths.
D:\Program Files\MobiOne\Develop\ProTimeEx\plugins\images\icon_57_2.png
I have two partitions – C: is system, D: is Data, Mobione is installed on D:2) Also can you provide a build-id?
The newest build ID: #287071
I load that icons in app-builder, but it don’t work
Thanks for your help Wayne
support-alekseyMemberThanks for your answers, we’re investigating the issue.
For now in order to reset the settings can you please rename or move to a different location the folder with your *.mobi files and all resources; then you can make a build with desired settings.
