Is there a way to import the user library definitions from MyEclipse R10 to MyEclipse 2014?

You can Export/Import the User Libraries from the Window > Preferences > Java > Build Path > User Libraries page. Please export from the MyEclipse 10 and import to MyEclipse 2014 using the User Libraries page.
