I want to override the bundled javascript and include a full DOJO library, or possibly YUI, when using scaffolding. I also wouldn’t mind including my own CSS files.

I’ve done some digging, but not extensive. How do I go about doing this, such that when I do code generation from an existing schema, that the project gets the extra resources I added to the customization project.
