    Hello,

I have been working with DB’s and mobione. I am now working with a simple CRUD app using IndexDB. It will not run in mobione Test Center. But when I open in a browser it works just fine.

I have use the Test Center with localstorage, SQlite, MySql with no problems.

Has anyone else had this experience?

    Thanks

    Hi nvts,

The Test Center does not support indexDB. We are replacing the Test Center with a new simulator available in the recent MobiOne 2.5 milestone-1 release. Please see this link to learn more http://www.genuitec.com/support-genuitec/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5826&p=18995#p18995

    Thanks,

I thought it was something I was doing. I will download 2.5 and try.

It worked well with the new simulator. Glad to see it was not me.

    Thanks again

You can implement such a capability but it would require significant custom development (javascript). If you are proficient with web development you can search from examples open source web chat systems that might provide a starting point.

    riya,

I think you missed the question. It was mobione’s test center that was not supporting IndexDB but the new test center does.

I have developed a CRUD framework that I have working with MySQL, IndexDB, localstorage, SQLite and now finishing PouchDB.

I agree it does take a lot of js to make this happen. It was just mobione’s older test center that was not supporting IndexDB.

Here is some screens shots of the framework. This one is with MySQL on a server and mobione’s old test center running the app with the js framework.

    Thanks for the reply.
