Some editions of MyEclipse will create an uninstall launcher in the main applications start menu. If not, you might find in in an Uninstaller folder in the MyEclipse installation directory, with a one-uninstall script that you can run.
If you’ve installed an old release via pulse, you can always run pulse to uninstall MyEclipse.
