Installation MyEclipse 10.0

    After installation of MyEclipse 10.0 I am tried to run MyEclipse 10 at my pc with Windows Server 2003, Java Update 1.0.6_29
    Upon execution I received error at log file:

    !MESSAGE Product com.skyway.myeclipseforspring.product could not be found.

    Here is what I have done so far:

    1==================
    -uninstall the MyE 10 using uninstaller
    -delete any other files and our folders manually
    -download online installer
    -install
    -launch MyE 10 from pulse
    I still get the same error

    2==================
    -uninstall the MyE 10 using uninstaller
    -delete any other files and our folders manually
    -download offline installer
    -install
    -launch MyE 10 from pulse
    I still get the same error

    3===================
    –uninstall the MyE 10 using uninstaller
    -delete any other files and our folders manually
    -install from pulse explorer
    -launch MyE 10 from pulse
    Still get same error

    What’s wrong?

    Hi giann_mga,

    I’m sorry you’re having this problem. Usually when this error occurs there is more text following the “….product could not be found”. That text usually includes a list of plugins that could not be resolved.

    Can you please attach the full log file that is generated when the startup fails?

    I solved uninstalling old version 9.1 and re-installing version 10.
