I am trying to install MyEclipse 7.1. I have downloaded the All-In-One for Windows (myeclipse-7.1.1-win32.exe).

However, when I run it I get the following error:

Interesting. Can you check if you have pulse installed? Check under Start> Programs > Pulse > Pulse Explorer. If yes, open pulse explorer. Click on My Profiles. Check if you have MyEclipse listed under My Profiles. Right click on MyEclipse 7.1 and click on either [Run]/[Install and Run]/[Re-install and Run].
I think the problem stems from an improper download of the all-in-one installer. Have you verified the file size and md5sum?
If you use pulse, it will resolve any conflicts and resume download from the point where it stopped the download.

Exact same problem here on MacOS X.
Downloaded the 7.1 all-in-one package and got the same error.

I never had probs with the all-in-one installation on Mac, yet.
Will try the way “support-joy” described above.
