I have a fresh install of eclipse IDE
Version: 3.0.0
Build id: 200308281813

JDK: java 1.3.1

OS: Windows 2000

after installing myEclipse EnterpriseWorkbenchInstaller_030602.exe some of the debug features are not functioning any more, like executing a command form the display window does not work.

Also the break points used to have a check box next to them they disappeared after myEclipse installation.

When I uninstalled myEclipse the debug functions work fine.

Any ideas??

Thanks for the report. I have submitted an issue for further research. Eclipse 3.0 is changing the internals of the debugger in several places which impacts MyEclipse functionality and possibly vice versa in this case.
