I’ve tried to deploy the sysdeo Tomcat plugin into myEclipse, but it doesn’t work and I don’t know why:

For the versions, I use myEclipse professional 8.5 and I intend to use sysdeo tomcat plugin version 3.2.1 (because I prefer to use this plugin (easier and lighter than myeclipse one)

    XOrangOutan,

MyEclipse 8.5 is based on Eclipse 3.5.2. You need sysdeo tomcat plugin which is compatible to Eclipse 3.5.2.
    I did the following –
    1. Downloaded tomcatPluginV321.zip from http://www.eclipsetotale.com/tomcatPlugin.html
    2. Unzipped the contents to [MyEclipse installation dir]/dropins/plugins
    3. Restarted MyEclipse 8.5 IDE
See the attached screenshot. Let me know how this works for you.

    Best.
