Annie,
The issue might be that the Eclipse plugin cache got stale as it sometimes
does not cleanly rebuild. To rectify the problem you’ll need
to restart Eclipse with the -clean flag one time: eclipse.exe -clean
That might resolve the problem as it’s been known to fix a host of “weird” errors.
If that doesn’t do it, does this happen with all your applications, or just one? Java and JSP files? That will give us some context so that we can dig a little deeper.
