robert65MemberHi, just downloaded 7.1 and when i try to upload my app i get the message “cannot connect to c29-dot-mobioneappcenter2.appspot.com, is this related or is there an issue with mobione?
support-michaelKeymasterI just ran tests and am not experiencing any issues with app center services. I tested both uploading project to build and then download and install on ios 7.0.4 device. You titled this thread ios7.1 and described the problem as a connection issue when uploading your project. Project uploads to App Center for build or publish are independent of your test device. Did you meant the problem occurs when you try to download an app to your device?
Are you able to run any app center actions with new and existing projects (try both please)?
robert65MemberHi I have just went back to 7.04 and all works fine again I think 7.1 has an issue and want to know if others find the same problem
support-michaelKeymaster> I think 7.1 has an issue and want to know if others find the same problem
Is the issue with app installation or something else?
robert65MemberWayne it does not let you install on to your device
Paul_paulParticipantWayne, I have installed iOS7.1 beta and just tried to install a native app from
I received these error messages.
[Cannot connect to c29-dot-mobioneappcenter2.appspot.com]
[Open this page in “App Store”?]
[Cannot open page – Safari cannot open this page because the address is invalid.]
Just keeps getting worse, right?
robert65MemberThanks stickleback, I was trying to warn the team that this new beta may cause problems and not to update to the beta as your app cannot be loaded in to your phone, better going back or staying on 7.04 until a fix us found.
Ps I am not getting any messages from posts in this forum
Paul_paulParticipantHi Robert
This business with apple and web apps and now the beta is all getting too much, I am seriously gonna have to sit down and learn x-code, looks like apple are gradually making sure nothing else will work.
Paul_paulParticipant@Wayne,
Your lack of communication on this topic does not fill me with confidence with regard to the future of Mobione as a viable iOS app builder.

I’ve been out of the office for a couple of days. Like you we just got our hands on 7.1b1 and are weaving its evaluation into our daily activity plans. The OTA issue that robert reported is legit and confirmed by our team as an apple bug. At this time we fully expect this issue to be resolved by apple before the 7.1 production version. Other than that not much else yet to say that I consider helpful. 7.1 beta-1 is a the 1st data point which is not enough info to extrapolate as what issues or changes will be present in 7.1 production version. To my knowledge Apple has not posted a release date for 7.1. Predictions are for a late Jan or Feb ’14 timeframe. Let’s see what we learn over the next 6 weeks.
robert65MemberWayne will you test 7.1 when it arrives so we know with confidence that it will be fine to update to because if not and we update we could potentially be stuck on 7.1 and unable to load our apps
support-michaelKeymasterupdate: we have been testing 7.1b3. The problem you observed with installing an app over the air (OTA) has been isolated to a stronger security change in 7.1. We are testing a fix today and will schedule an App Center update to make it available once completed. We will update you when the fix is published. From what I know atm, no app rebuilds should be required.
robert65MemberMichael, thanks for the update
robert65MemberMichael, sorry for the delay in posting but i have tried out 7.1 beta 4 and the OTA works fine
