GeorgiaMemberHi,
my App at last is Ready for Sale, but there is a problem. I have set the default language of my app as Russian in the Manage your Application Section in Apple, but in the iTunes the default language is set to English. I contacted with Apple and they answered me the following:
“The languages that are listed for your app in the App Store are determined by the localization (.lproj) folders in your app bundle. Missing or invalid localizations in your app bundle are typically caused by misconfigured localizations in your Xcode project.”
and they tell me to contact with a Technician to see my code. But I have built the App with MobiOne. What should I do from the MobiOne in order to fix the Language to Russian?
Thanx,
Georgia
GeorgiaMemberHi Octavio,
could you please answer to me what to do in order to change the language within MobiOne? I have serious problem with Russians because they do not buy the App because they think that the App is built in English but the whole content is in Russian. Do you have any solution or I have to accept that situation unfortunately? It cost me me a lot of money and time to build this App and now none Russian is going to buy it because of that build in bad issue.
Cheers,
Georgia Konstantakopoulou
support-octavioMemberHi Georgia,
This is a known unsupported feature with our iOS build system. I’ve given a bump to your request and will discuss with management team. Will let you know any information that I get.
fis1497MemberHi,
are there any information?
my app looks funny in German/English combination.
support-michaelKeymasterOnly english lang is supported at this time.
TurgutGuneysuMemberGeorgia,
I have submitted a Turkish App into iTunes. Let me describe what I did, and you decide if it will help you:
I have developed the MOBI screens, text, and messages all in Turkish.
In iTunes I have declared my default Language as Turkish.
In METADATA edit I have written everything in Turkish, so the description of the program and screenshots are all Turkish.
In RIGHTS and PRICING I have selected US and Turkey as marketing destinations.
APP is approved, and appears in US and TR iTunes stores in Turkish.
The only part that is in English is the APP Store left margin details.
You can check it out @ https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/allsportscafe/id784263566?ls=1&mt=8
