Hi My app has been rejected for upload due to it now requiring 120 x 120 px icon in the build. Is there an update or workaround for this?

For IOS builds for the App Store you need to use version 2.5 milestone 3. It has the IOS 7 icon requirements as part of the build process.

If you go to the downloads page of the mobione site you will see 2 versions. 2.3 is the current production version and 2.5 milestone 3 which is a early release of the next version. This version is the one you will need to download and build with for the App Store as it has the requirements for IOS 7.
It does overwrite your current installation but it seems very stable and I’ve uploaded 2 apps this week with it.
The new mobile simulator is very good, much slicker than the test centre!
