Is the Over-The-Air procedure supposed to work for any devices?

I have some trouble when forwarding the installation to link for IOS to other folks.
They are getting an error message during on their iPad or iPhone

Is it working only for some IOS devices declared in iTunes or it is supposed to be working for all?

After having the error message, even from my devices I also have this error message when trying to reinstall. The only wordaround I found to get installation working again on my devices is to rebuild the IOS application from Mobione

Yes, your app will only work on the devices you have added in the provisioning profile file used to build your app.
