The auto-resize properties will scale to the display size.
Fonts do not scale automatically.

Take a look at this doc http://www.genuitec.com/mobile/docs/advancedUIDesign/advancedUIDesign.html for configuring widgets to resize accordingly. A key point is to design for the smallest screen you plan to target and then scale upward. Its virtually impossible to scale down.
