    Then that means i cannot create a tiles myself in MyEclipse by adding the tld’s files.
    Can i use tiles manually ?

    Yes you can work with tiles manually, that’s fine, but the JSP page designer doesn’t support Tiles, so you will only be able to work with the source code and not visually design the pages.
