This issue has been resolved in the latest GapDebug update found here.

    All,

GapDebug 2.X is currently experiencing a newly emerging issue that prevents it from being able to detect and thus debug Android apps. The issue began late last week I believe as part of a silent Chrome webview update. We are investigating this issue now and will provide an update as soon as possible. I am facing similar issue, where it is able to detect chrome pages, but it is not detected any of the debug android or ios app, which it previously used to do….Please resolve the tool, we are so addicted to your tool now, that we are imagining how we used to work without you.
