ignaciomModeratorI am getting the following error whenever I try to apply any new software in the configuration center. It has been occurring for last few weeks. How can I resolve these issues?

Can you answer some questions for me?
1) Are you behind a firewall/proxy? If yes then you can set proxy settings here : from MyEclipse menu click on Window > Preferences > General > Network Connections.
2) Can you please let us know what exactly you did after installing 10.5 to the point of the error ?
3) Can you please attach a screenshot of the MyEclipse configuration center to help us get a visual of the issue ?
4) Can you please clear the contents of the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log, replicate the issue and copy paste the entire error message here for us. -
