Any solution to get past the self signed cert issue ( like win-ca can be used in VS Code to bypass)

@bamit we are looking into the network configuration options now.
Some questions:
1. Can you share any other details about your network?

2. From Eclipse are you able to access update sites, e.g,. Help menu > Check for Updates?

3. Also, do you have a GitHub individual subscription or is it a business subscription? Individual subscriptions has much less support for conventional corporate networks.
