applets run on the client, BUT, a cool thing you can do is communicate with beans. That’s a nice combination of thicker-GUI as a presentation mechanism. It seems like supporting applet development should exists in a product where you are developing beans, like yours. So, could you throw in applet support. Even if you don’t support debugging, just the ability to manage them in the IDE (create, update, deploy) would be great! Thanks.

arghh, I did find when you are adding an HTML page to a project, one of the templates is “HTML page with Applet”, maybe this would atleast be a step in the right direction for you?
