I am sorry if this question is covered in another thread but I was unable to locate any solution.

I am running Eclipse and Myeclipse versions as detailed below. Is there any way I can get 1.5 compiler support using these versions ?

If Yes can you please point me to some configuration documentation ?

If not when is this likely to be available ?

    Regards

    Tony,
Java 5 support was added in Eclipse 3.1 which is currently at the RC1 stage, we do have a M7 compatible build of MyEclipse that *mostly* works with the RC1 release but the two aren’t the most stable combination (given they are development snapshots). If you must have Java 5 features now, then this is your only avenue to take, if you can wait for 3.1 to reach GA and let us release our 3.0.x and 3.1.x compatible releases of 4.0 in a month or so then that would be my suggestion.
