Weird, I’ve not seen this error on windows while trying to install the Delivery Hub, are you running an antivirus on this system, something that could prevent some files to get extracted under the temp directory of the user who is running the installer? Have you verified the md5 of the downloaded installer? As a workaround, if you have Java installed on your system, could you execute the installer from the cmd and send the -nojre option to the installer.
