    hello,

the javascript editor (MyEclipse 4.1.1) doesn’t act useful, if a javascript file is under version control (seen with clearcase and with synergy).
I change a file, then do a checkIn with an external tool(which write protects the file). I f I change the file afterwards, the editor does not notice the write protection until I try to save the file. Then I’ll be asked wether I want to make the file writeable. In any case my changes are lost then, because the dialog is modal and answering yes or no will reload the file.
Not a big issue, but it’s driving me nuts.

    regards Jürgen

Does it still do this with Eclipse 3.2 and MyEclipse 5.0M1? (installed to a separate directory for testing)
