Had an update this morning to MyEclipse which completely broke JavaScript editing. I’m not sure what the exact MyEclipse primary version number was as I’ve since reverted the update but the installation history lists the MyEclipse version as 16.0.0.c0000074t202409040855.

After the update, when opening a JavaScript file the outline did not appear in its window. Then for every key pressed the completion pop-up would appear and show an error. In the logs I get this for every key press:

    !ENTRY org.eclipse.lsp4e 4 0 2024-09-05 11:36:16.822

    Steve,

Not quite sure how this issue made its way through testing – it was caused by a fix we made for Vue, which unfortunately rippled into the TS and JS editors. We’ve since paused updates for users until we get an update out with the fix.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused (glad you were able to roll back) and thank you for the immediate report, much appreciated!
