I would like to see built-in JAXB support. I really do not care if it is Castor or XMLBeans or the JAXB Reference implementation. I know that all of these products have ANT tasks that could likely be leverages to get this functionality.

Since MyEclipse doesn’t offer direct JAXB tooling, there is no documentation covering that. You are of course still able to make use of the editors and what not, but as far as walking through a wizard that generates the JAXB classes for you, there isn’t anything like that at this time.
