Ali,

Since it’s still in beta, we plan on adding support for JBoss 5 in MyEclipse 5.1.1 (the next release). Depending on what has changed, you might be able to use the JBoss 4 connector to launch it, although I’ve never tried it. If that doesn’t work, you can still use it and debug it remotely by using the techniques described in our Remote Debugging Quickstart.
