Now that jonas is j2ee certified, does this mean we don’t need to run GenIC on the deployed packages and we can use myeclipse like we do with jboss.

I don’t know if J2EE certification mandates that stubs be automatically generated by the container. I don’t believe it does. Additionally, I didn’t see anything about a change that wouldn’t require GenIC, other than they improved thes speed in a recent version. The best way to tell, however, is to simply try it out without running GenIC first.
