hi,

is it possible to change the background color of the jsp and/or html editor for the MyEclipse perspective? I know that I can change individual elements but I have not been able to determine how to alter the background color.

You can change the background color under Window->Preferences->MyEclipse->Editors->Common Editor Preferences, however, this will affect all MyElcipse editors not just the JSP & HTML editors.

ah yes you are correct. there is some sort of defect with this since the active jsp file in the editor is not affected by the change to the color. you must open a new editor to see the change.
