Sorry, but without more information (such as that requested in the “Posting Guidelines” announcement in this forum) I really can’t even make a guess.

However, misconfiguration of projects with taglibs is a common problem so the easiest way to run it down would be to use the forum search feature and search for ‘CookieTei’. You’ll find many threads where similar problems are resolved.

    HI Scott,

i have found the errror / bug.

    cannot load class: org.apache.struts.taglib.bean.CookieTei

    Description:
If the Projektname unlike the Projektbasedir MyEclipse the classloader of
myeclipse fails. If have made mutiple test. Created a new Project under
eclipse_home/workspace with a difference in the basedir and the projekt workspacename the classloader fails. If i close the Project and rename the base.dir to the same name as the projectname everything works fine.
Also if i create a new projekt under /temp with base.dir and projectname have the same name i have no comiler errors.

I hope this would help you to fiy the bug.

Enclosed you will find the requested information:

    eclipse Version: 2.1.1 – Build id: 200306271545
myeclipse Version: 2.5.1 Build id: 200307151200
    jdk 1.3.1_06

The taglib problem should be resolved in MyEclipse 2.6. See discussion on https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/codeassist-in-new-version-fails-closed/
