I’m wonder if the problems I have with the jsp editor in 3.8.4 are bugs, and if so are there any improvements to the JSP editor coming in 4.0.

    1) any page that uses includes such as “<%@ include file=”header.jspf”%>” will give erroneous validation messages.

    2) periodally the editor tells me that a valid line has an error. I can cut the line out and paste it back in the same place, though I sometimes have to do this several times, and the error flag goes away. Sometimes i have to delete some white space around the line and then put the whitespace back and the error goes away.

    I am on.

These sound like bugs and shouldn’t be happening. Is this a web project you are working with? If so, what is the structure of your proejct, what is your webroot set to? What file is giving the error with the include in it AND where does the fragment live in relation to this file?
