I’ve tried various settings in the eclipse / editors preferences dialog, but cannot get all open editors for a project to close when closing a project. I remember this working in eclipse 2.1 and with a previous version of myeclipse, but no longer seems to work. When I have various jsp/css/xml/java files opened in a project, and close that project, all files/editors are closed as well except for those for jsp’s. The JSPs are using the MyEclipse JSP Editor.

Linux (Debian Sarge), MyEclipse was freshly installed, no other plugins. Eclipse version/build: Version: 3.0.0, Build id: 200406251208 ,java version “1.4.2_03”

Paul,
We are getting a new JSP editor in the next release, I have confirmed that it closes correctly in our new internal build.

I’m going to go ahead and close this, but please let us know if it doesn’t work for you when we release 3.8 GA.
