    I mean how do I modify the templates that are available when I use File->New->Other->Web->JSP Page

    Oh sorry, I don’t know if this is supported from within the IDE, but the files are here:
    <MyEclipse install dir>\eclipse\plugins\com.genuitec.eclipse.wizards_2.6.200\Templates

    We have an open enhancement request for user managed templates. For now you can manually modify them in the directory that Riyad posted. Until user managed templates are available you will have to remember to upgrade the templates manually.
