I am terribly sorry! There was an update causing all the trouble but wasn’t MyEclipse. I got the Mac OSX update 10.6.4 which caused all the trouble. I used Time Machine to restore my last good state and after updating MyEclipse to the most up to date version it works perfectly fine on Mac OSX 10.6.3. I will delay the update to Mac OSX 10.6.4 until I finish my project.

Again I am really sorry for my mistake.
