I just downloaded and installed MyEclipse 3.7RC2 and, when opening a JSP page, received an error indicating that too many users were using my subscription key. Thankfully, the error message indicates the detected IP addresses.

The machine I’m working on has a ‘wired’ and integrated ‘wireless’ adapter which are both connected. As a result, I have two assigned IP addresses. The error message indicates that the conflict occurred between both of my IP addresses (if that makes sense).

    I’m running on Windows XP.

The workaround (for me) is to disable my wireless adapter.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I’ve issued you a new key and sent it as a private message to you on this portal. Please let us know if you need anything else.

I have no messages. Either the new license key was not sent or I am looking in the wrong place. I selected the messages icon from the same page.

If you are reading this thread and logged in, look at the top of the screen right below the nav bar, you should see something that looks like:
” FAQ :: Search :: Profile :: You have no new messages”

click the “You have no new messages”, well yours might say you have messages, but mine doesn’t right now.

This is exactly what I did. The link says ‘You have no new messages’. When I select it, it takes me to a screen that has ‘Inbox’, ‘Sentbox’, ‘Outbox’ and ‘Savebox’. Inbox is current (not selectable).

There is text below (where the messages would be displayed) that says ‘You have no messages in this folder’.

To be safe, I went to each of the above mentioned boxes and verified that I do not have any messages.

In summary, I didn’t receive the newly generated subscription key.

Still no messages. This is becoming very frustrating. Can we resolve this problem somehow.

This is completely my fault, I’m very sorry about the wait, hopefully Scott will be able to get you a new key within a few hours (I just emailed him)
