Is there a difference between CodeMix and Angular IDE, or will there be after the GA release? I noticed that both are the same price on your purchase page. The license for Angular IDE includes a license for CodeMix (at least the preview), does it work in reverse?

The reason I ask is that when I requested that my company buy me a license, they bought a license to CodeMix. Now that you are rewriting Angular IDE to be based on CodeMix I’m wondering if I should have requested Angular IDE instead to get more functionality for the same price. Originally I was under the impression that Angular IDE was going to be discontinued when CodeMix went live.

No need to worry – your existing CodeMix license will work just fine with the upcoming version of Angular IDE, you’ll have access to all functionality.
