Line numbers not working properly when the scroll is made by hold click the scroll bar and move, the line numbers stays in the last position, if I click on the file the lines adjust correctly, tested in 3 different workspaces.

Capture.png is the file with the problem, Capture1.png is the file with real size.

This problem only happens when the scroll is made by the vertical scroll bar.
