Hi,

I am trying to create a link used on Native android that will cause the google Play app tp open instead of the website version.

Documentation says to use:
market://

instead of:
http://

But of course that is intended for Java and not for html5 app.

DO you have any suggestions on how to make this happen?

Just out of curiosity, have you tried using market:// to see if it works? I am curious because I would like to do the same. I was able to get the itms:// to work on ios for the App Store but I have not tested on android.

Yes I tried that but it gives me an error message saying something to the effect of “command not allowed.” I can’t remember the exact error it gives but it doesn’t seem to work.
