I am wanting to link to dropbox for exporting data collected
I will be exporting data from the local database in CSV format
How do I link to dropbox from MobiOne and transfer files

Short answer it is not easy.

@paulD beat me to the most obvious solution to use the dropbox mobile sdk. But that requires that you handle the native app build outside of mobione using XCode for iOS app along with a phonegap dropbox plugin.
