Hi guys! I am just having a bit of trouble finding the location of the Local Database Inspector, I cannot figure out how to get to it. Can anyone help?

When the Web Simulator is open press F12 to open the Chrome Dev Tools and then select the Resources tab. You can learn more about Chrome Dev Tools here: https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/
