Once in a while, eclipse is loosing is configuration without any error message. Before you notice the problem, you have the time to modify functions more than one time for nothing and loosing many hours.

When finally I’ve got the error message, normally one of the library, I have to go in the setting library configuration, removed the specific library and put it back so it can be part of the classpath again.

This is very bugging and unpleasant since I can modify a function that was good at the beginning.

This is a known bug with the Eclipse 3.0 development builds. It is frustrating, but MyEclipse uses the Eclipse preferences system as well as every other plugin, so we just have to wait until they fix it.
