Can you give some more information?
1. What are your installation details? You can get them from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details.
2. Do you have any third party plugins installed?
3. Can you list out the steps in detail to replicate the issue.
4. Are there any errors logged in the problems window or in the log file located at Workspace dir > .metadata > .log?
