How do I get a markdown preview with the `Markdown :: Codemix` editor?

I use Ctrl+Shift+P and enter markdown to pull up the menu in the attached screenshot (command-menu.png). When I execute the command to show the preview to the side, nothing happens. It seems like “preview” mode is not supported. Is that the case, or am I doing something wrong?

I’ve also attached markdown-codemix.png to show the editor view.

Unfortunately we don’t currently support extension behavior which results in the creation of non-editor views, so the preview pane is currently unsupported – sorry about that. We’ll take this down as a feature request – thank you for asking.

I’m happy to announce that we now support MarkDown preview thanks to Live Preview. Just make sure you have the latest update of CodeMix installed when you open a MarkDown file with the CodeMix editor you will be able to see the preview at the right. If you don’t see the preview just enable it by showing Live Preview (Right click in the editor > Toggle Live Preview).
