i’ve purchased the myeclipse pro and just noticed that i don’t have mattise installed and i can’t update it trough the help->softwareupdates (it says no updates are avaliable) ?

Did you setup MyEclipse using the All in One installer? Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.

It should be available through MyEclipse/Add features or Help/Add MyEclipse features, not using the standard (My)Eclipse update mechanics.

yes it says , no new features found to install and this happens allso i’ve after downloaded and installed 6.5 ?

I would like you to go to http://www.poweredbypulse.com and grab the pulse launcher. Use it to launch pulse and now add the MyEclipse profile to it. Can you test if the updates work for you now.
