Hmm …. Technicaly it would be great to get to a point with your product where we could easily set up continuous integrated builds. While it may be beyond the scope of your product to produce a script for a tool like CruiseControl it would be extremely helpful if MyEclipse could generate a valid maven build file that the entire project could be build/unit tested/ and source/binary distributions could be built by maven outside the tool itself.
